A healthy life is a journey, not a destination. Now that you have completed the 30 Day Challenge, it is important that you continue to stay active, exercise regularly, eat well, and relax. Here are some ways you can continue living a healthy lifestyle:

  • Repeat the 30 Day Challenge, but maintain the level of exercise intensity you finished the challenge at
  • Join your local YMCA (scholarships/financial assistance is available)
  • Hire a YMCA personal trainer (available to members and nonmembers)
  • Sign up for a YMCA group exercise class
  • Start a walking group with your family, coworkers, and/or friends
  • Attend a local health fair 
  • Create your own healthy challenges by setting weekly exercise and nutrition goals
